The Commissioners held a special meeting at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 for the purpose of approving claims. The meeting was held via conference call. In attendance were Commissioners Seifert and White (both via phone), Accounting Technician Dawn Portzen and Commission Assistant Sarah Gracey. Commissioner White read the claims into the record as follows: The Commission received warrants for consideration from the Auditor totaling $449,374.68. The September 14, 2017, claims voucher list includes warrants #8156594 through #8156743, inclusive of the following
voided warrants: Warrant #8156248 was voided by department and was replaced with warrant #8156700. Commissioner White made a motion to approve the claims as read. Commissioner Seifert seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried unanimously. Commissioner Skinner was excused. Claims approval
